New air plant!

I bought this airplant (Tilldsia Ixioides) in MonKok. I just can't resist it's beauty and it was starting to blossom when I saw it in the shop. There were many species in the shop and I wanted to pick one which is easier to be handled. This one was the one I had before. But its leaves were too thin, so water cannot be kept easily and finally it died.

  1. Wow, what an amazing looking plant! How do you water a plant like that?

  2. Thanks!
I spray water to it once a day, less ofter when the humidity is high. Sometimes I add fertilizers into the water. :)

  3. i have one with thin leaves, too, that's not really looking so hot. I soak it in the sink with water about once a week... but it's always looking dried out... hmm hmm hmm.
